Loved this modern hotel with friendly attentive staff from the doorman to the receptionists. We have booked double room for 4 nights, everything was really good, it had a dressing room and a coffee maker.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with excellent proximity to key attractions, made exploring effortless thanks to a short 10-minute walk to Farragut North and the nearby convenience of great restaurants.

Was given the type of room I requested; bed and linens were luxurious; bathroom scrupulously clean; very convenient (2 blocks) to Metro station; although in monotonus office building area, several small interesting blocks nearby - including historic house next door; totally non-smoking, medium sized hotel that once was apartment house.
Would have liked a "common room" although the architecture of the hotel doesn't permit one.

I loved the historic charm of the hotel. The decor had a cozy vintage vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered delicious meals, especially breakfast. I appreciated the comfortable beds. The TV reception was poor, and the channels were limited. The air conditioning was also quite loud at night. The walls felt thin. I could hear voices from neighboring rooms. Parking fees were a bit steep, and more seating in common areas would have been nice. A pleasant stay despite a few hiccups.

The building is fine, and the room was clean with an comfortable bed. I appreciated the prime location, just a short walk from the main attractions.
The view from my window didn't match the charm of the building.
